& EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 45
days from the order date. Our refund policy applies
to unopened, unused and undamaged items in original quantities
and condition with a copy of your receipt. Returns of
a portion of an item are not accepted. A 25% restocking fee
may be charged for items that are returned that do not comply
with our return policy. Shipping charges are not refundable.

1) Email us your Order Number with a request to receive a Return
Authorization Number
2) Download paperwork below. The form will provide you with
instructions and the correct return address. Fill it out the
proper form and send back with the items you would like to return
or exchange. If you have any questions, please feel free to
give us a call. You will be responsible for the shipping costs
to return the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
