WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
We
are happy to offer online wholesale accounts to businesses
that purchase our products for resale or to be made into finished
products for resale. To establish a wholesale account, you
may complete an online wholesale request form below. In addition,
please fax, email or mail a copy of your resale certificate.
You can also bring your information into our store and we
can set up your account for you at that tine. You can also
click here to download
a wholesale application form which you can return to us
by fax, email or mail. Once approved, you will also receive
login information to shop online or order by phone.
Terms
*Opening
order of $100.00, minimum re-order of $50.00 (no minimum order
for non-wholesale purchases)
*Shipping costs will be charge by weight, destination and
method.
*We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or cash (for
pick up orders).
*Additional wholesale discounts, we offer a 5% discount for
cash purchases.
*We can accept business
checks, however, unless you have pre-established net
30 terms, your order will not ship until your check has cleared.
There will be a $36 fee added for any returned checks.
*Net 30 terms require an active account for at least 6 months
and 4 credit references.
*Please
note that publicly advertised sales and promotions advertised
via email, through our website or other methods are applicable
to retail purchases unless otherwise noted.
Wholesale Return Policy
All
returns or exchanges require Return Authorization.
Please call 407. 895. 0062 to obtain an authorization form.
Wholesale purchases
can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the
ship date.
Returned
items must be returned in original quantities, original
condition and original packaging. Any products returned
that are not received in the original condition will be charged
a 15% restocking fee.
Return and original shipping charges are non-refundable. SPECIAL
ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES.
