note that our return and exchange policy will differ based on
whether you purchased online or at our retail store or if you
are a registered wholesale customer.
Our refund policy applies to unopened, unused and undamaged
items in original quantities and condition with a copy of
your receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. SPECIAL
ORDERS ARE FINAL SALES. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied
by a Return or Exchange form, which can be downloaded below.
*Online orders (non-wholesale) can be returned or exchanged
within 45 days of the ship date.
*In Store purchases can be returned or exchanges within 30
days of the purchase date.
