Free Shipping within the U.S.
We offer free shipping within the US, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and military APOs. Free shipping applies to USPS First Class or Parcel Post. At our discretion, depending on the weight and destination of your package, we may use Fed Ex Ground service. Other shipping options are available for an additional cost.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, & Money Orders. No personal / business checks. When you shop online with us, your card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Pay Pal Customers - If you choose to use Paypal, follow the directions to click through to Paypal to send your payment.

Sales Tax
The tax rate is 6.5% for Florida state residents. No tax if shipped outside of Florida state.

Special Orders
Special Orders pertain to items that are not part of our regular inventory. We do not charge additional for special orders unless there is a rush request. Rush orders may be charged an additional rush fee of $35.00 or more depending on size of order.

Wholesale Orders
If you use beads and findings for your business, you may be eligible to open a wholesale account with our company. Please click here for more information on establishing a wholesale account for your business.

Backorders
There are some occassions when that you have ordered may be out of stock. We will contact you to let you know that status of these items so that we best serve your needs.
